1. General information on the processing of personal data

In order to order goods from the www.danceros.com Shop, the Customer must register by entering all the information that is required in the registration form. All the mandatory fields ticked are necessary for the proper execution of the order.

– The Shop confirms that the fact of registration does not imply that the Customer will be sent informative messages other than those necessary for ordering, payment and delivery.

1. By registering in the Shop and ordering goods, the Customer undertakes to protect and not to disclose his/her login data to anyone. In the event that the Customer discloses his/her login details, the Shop shall be exempt from any liability in this respect.

2. Lawful basis for processing of personal data. a) the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes; b) the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or for the purpose of
taking action at the request of the data subject prior to the conclusion of the contract; c) the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;

3. Personal data processed:

– When ordering goods, the customer must provide the following data necessary for the delivery of the goods: name; surname; address to which the goods will be delivered; telephone number; e-mail address; bank account number, name and surname of the bank account holder.

– The initials will be saved when the customer comments, and if the customer chooses: first name/last name, nickname, IP address in the comments section, in order to exclude fake and inappropriate comments.

– In all cases, any personal data of the Client may be disclosed to third parties only in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, or at the request of law enforcement.

  • Order information before payment: 30 days
  • Order information after payment: Invoices are retained for 10 years after payment
  • Personal data in the e-shop after registration: 4 years after registration
  • IP address, initials/name/username: Until the moment the comment is deleted
  • Cookie consent information: Up to one year

– By opting in to receive our SMS and email marketing communications and mobile notifications, you agree to these terms and conditions.
– By entering your phone number and initiating a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or keyword, you agree that we may send you SMS and email text messages (in relation to your order, including abandoned cart reminders).
– Your phone number email address, name and purchase information will be shared with our SMS and email platform Omnisend UAB, a Lithuanian company with offices in Vilnius, Lithuania, EU. Once text messages are sent, your phone number and email will be forwarded to the operator of the text messages for delivery.
